The Oregon Crusaders drum and bugle corps is a competitive, world-class performing arts group based in Portland Oregon. As a longtime member of the corps, I sought the opportunity to enhance their storytelling ability. Working as head of marketing, I grew their social media follower base by over 50%, created a wealth of high quality content, and drove significant outcomes in new member interest, volunteer retention, fundraising efforts, and importantly brand image for fans.
